Program

  • Recruiting students graduating from engineering schools and universities

  • Training at MT France followed by professional assignments in the United States as well as Spain, Portugal and Germany

I arrived on the site of Rancho in 2011 as manufacturing operator. Slowly, I learnt to use the machines, to be more productive, I was given more responsibilities. I even stood in for the site manager between two recruitments. Today, I am in charge of the site production and I am enjoying it. The atmosphere, the teams to manage, always looking for improvement, that’s what I like above all.

I arrived on the site of Cestas as soon as it opened in 2018, as a forklift driver. The atmosphere is extraordinary. I have always liked changing sites, and before, I used to work in the sites of Bondoufle and Lisses. I was warehouse worker and warehouse worker/forklift driver. Working for MT France since 1998

I am currently director France for MT. I supervise the 3 washing sites on the industrial part and coordinate the commercial part for the country. I never get bored. I am constantly looking for improvement, and my current pleasure is to guide the teams towards more responsibilities and independence with all my benevolence.
