Program
- Recruiting students graduating from engineering schools and universities
- 18-month learning program intended for 3 students coming from France, Germany and Spain
- Training on site in those 3 countries (1 country per semester)
- Gain experience in different core businesses (technical and management jobs)
Business volunteering abroad Program
- Training at MT France followed by professional assignments in the United States as well as Spain, Portugal and Germany
- A learning program in each country regarding various skills: logistics, maintenance, research & development or Human Resources
Integration

I arrived on the site of Rancho in 2011 as manufacturing operator. Slowly, I learnt to use the machines, to be more productive, I was given more responsibilities. I even stood in for the site manager between two recruitments. Today, I am in charge of the site production and I am enjoying it. The atmosphere, the teams to manage, always looking for improvement, that’s what I like above all.
